These prices are per campaign because I choose the sites. I already know which ones take placements, what they accept and what they charge, and that is where the saving comes from.
If you want a placement on a specific site you have chosen yourself, that is a different job. It is priced on its own and starts at $150 per article.
One thing about the DR numbers above. They are a filter, not a promise. A site can hold DR 50 and still publish your article into a section nothing else links to, where it gets crawled once and then rarely again.
That is why every site goes through a page-level check before it reaches you, and it is why I turn down sites that pass the metric. If a campaign cannot be filled with sites I would actually recommend, I will tell you and refund the difference rather than padding it out.

Before you talk to anyone, including me, run a site through the free checker and see what it actually publishes.
What happens after you get in touch
You send me the target URLs, the niche, and anything you have already tried. I come back with a shortlist of sites, what each one is likely to do, and anything on the list I would skip.
Nothing starts until you have approved the sites. You are not buying a number of links and finding out afterwards where they went.
What is not included
No PBNs, link farms or site networks. No sites built to sell links. No placements on pages that exist only to host them.
And no guarantees about rankings. Anyone promising those is describing something they do not control.
I have also written the uncomfortable version of this, including what Google says about paid links and what I will not claim, in is buying backlinks safe.
