Building or rebuilding a site so that the content on it can actually be found. Usually for clients who came for the content work and discovered the site underneath it was the problem.
Why this sits alongside the other services
A good deal of what an SEO audit finds cannot be fixed by writing anything. The template puts the page title inside an image. The theme drops the language prefix from internal links. Important content only appears after JavaScript runs, so a crawler sees an empty page.
Those are build problems. If nobody can fix them, the content work on top is limited by them.
So this is not a separate business. It is the part of the same problem that needs somebody who can edit the template.

How it is built
Standard, boring technology that somebody else can pick up later. That is a deliberate choice. A site only you can maintain is a site the client cannot leave, and it becomes a problem the moment they need something changed and you are unavailable.
Every build includes the things that are expensive to retrofit: clean URL structure, one H1 per page, content present in the HTML before JavaScript runs, working internal links, and a crawler configuration somebody actually decided on rather than inherited from a theme.
