SEO audits and strategy

A written assessment of what is holding a site back, in priority order, with the reasoning attached to every finding.

What is wrong with most audits

A tool crawls the site and exports everything it found. The result is ninety issues, each technically correct, sorted by a severity score the tool assigned.

Everything on that list is defensible on its own. Nothing on it explains why the site is not the best answer for the queries that matter.

And tools can only report what is broken. The most expensive problems are usually not broken at all. Pages nothing links to any more. A page ranking for a query it was never meant to serve. Content that was right two years ago and is now describing a business that has changed.

None of that produces an error.

What I look at

  • Whether the pages that matter can be reached. Not just crawled. Whether AI crawlers are blocked, whether the block sits in robots.txt or at the firewall, and whether the content is present before JavaScript runs
  • Which page Google has actually chosen for each important query, and whether it keeps changing its mind
  • What links to each page, not just what links to the site. A strong domain with an orphaned page is a common and invisible problem
  • Whether the content still matches what people are searching for. Intent moves while the keyword stays the same
  • Where the site sits in AI answers, and which sources are being used instead

What you get

A written document, not a tool export. Findings in the order they should be fixed, each with what it is, why it matters for this specific site, and what to do about it.

Knowing what not to spend money on is half the value.

What this costs

Priced per site, depending on size and complexity. Send me the domain and I will tell you what it would take.
