Who runs this site

seo26master.com is run by Muhammad Kashif Khatri, based in Hyderabad, Pakistan. For anything in this policy, write to seo26master@gmail.com.

The short version

• This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
• This site does not set cookies for visitors.
• You can use the guest post site checker without an account and without giving an email address.
• Nothing you send is sold, rented or added to a mailing list.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, the site receives the name, email address, website address and message you typed. They are sent to me by email so I can reply, and a copy is kept in the site’s private dashboard so a message is not lost if an email fails to arrive.

I use these details only to answer you. Ask at any time and I will delete your message.

The guest post site checker

When you check a site, the tool stores a report about that site: its recent article titles, authors, publication dates, the topics those articles fall into and the sites they link out to. This is information the checked site has already published. The report is saved so its link keeps working and the same site does not have to be crawled again.

The report does not record who asked for it. Your IP address is not stored with a report, and a price you enter in the “What were you quoted?” field is used to show one line on your screen and is not saved.

To stop the tool being misused, the site keeps a scrambled, one-way form of your IP address for up to 24 hours, only to count how many checks have been run. It cannot be turned back into your address.

If you use “Email me this report”, your email address is used to send that one report. It is then kept in a separate list, with the date and the report it was sent, purely as a record of what was sent. It is not used for anything else. Ask and I will remove it.

When topic labelling by an AI model is switched on, the article titles and linked domains of the site being checked are sent to that provider to be sorted into topics. Nothing about you is sent.

Other services this site uses

• Fonts. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Hosting. The company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
• Links to other sites. Articles and profiles on Medium, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Facebook and Instagram are covered by those services’ own policies once you follow a link.

How long things are kept

• Contact form messages: until I have dealt with your enquiry, or until you ask me to delete them.
• Site reports: kept so shared links continue to work. A site is read again at most once every 24 hours, and stored results are refreshed after 30 days when someone next checks that site.
• Email addresses given for a report: until you ask for removal.
• The scrambled IP count: up to 24 hours.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to seo26master@gmail.com from the address concerned and I will act on it within a few working days.

If you run a website and do not want this tool to read it, add a rule for the user agent SiteDossier to your robots.txt file. The tool checks robots.txt before every request and will not read a site that disallows it.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
